Chișinău, March 28, 2025 – The Moldcoop Board of Directors, XVIIIth legislature, convened to review and approve key reports and decisions concerning the organization’s activities in 2024.

During the meeting, the following main points were examined and approved:

• The Executive Bureau’s activity report and the information from the Audit Commission concerning their work in 2024, highlighting transparency and efficiency in cooperative management.
• The financial report and consolidated balance sheet of Moldcoop’s own enterprises, including the distribution of net profit and compensation of losses incurred in 2024, emphasizing commitment to the organization’s stability and sustainable development.
• Approval of several Executive Bureau decisions aimed at optimizing internal mechanisms and supporting the progress of member cooperatives.

The Board of Directors reaffirms Moldcoop’s commitment to promoting transparent, responsible, and results-oriented governance for the benefit of its members and the communities it serves.
